What we store, and how to have it deleted

We store the name, work email, company and role description you share with us so that our sales team can contact you about hiring engineers through Blureffect, and so we can prepare that conversation. Two things happen with it beyond our own database: your contact details are copied into our sales CRM, and we look up public company information (industry, size, location) from your work email domain through a data provider.

We keep this data until you ask us to delete it. You can withdraw and ask us to delete it at any time by writing to privacy@blureffect.com.

If you decline here, we delete the details this browser submitted and none of them are copied to our CRM. Two things we cannot reach from here survive: anything you typed into the chat assistant, and any message already delivered to our email or alerting providers. Write to the address above and we will erase those too.
